Simple setup in minutes
- Connect your Video Doorbell to the Ring App and follow the steps to customize your settings.
- Install the revamped mounting bracket to any surface with the included hardware.
- Line up the slots on the bracket with the holes in your doorbell and click into place.
NOTES:
- Free trial is not applicable for locations with an existing Ring Protect Plus or Protect Pro subscription. Your free trial begins as soon as you activate your Ring product.
- Your Ring videos in the cloud are stored temporarily, up to 180 days. Changing your video storage time will only affect videos that are recorded after you adjust your storage time setting.
- Package Alerts work best with medium-to-large shipping boxes. Envelopes, tubes, small boxes, and food deliveries may not be detected. Make sure you have Motion Detection enabled in the Ring App.
- Compatible smart lock NOT included. Must be set up in the Ring App to enable this functionality.
- Ring Alarm and all Ring Alarm accessories require a subscription for digital notifications, in-app features, digital arming/disarming, and integration with other Ring, Echo, and third party products. Subscription NOT included in this offer.
